Over the years, we have been doing more and more online. So, when someone passes away, it can be all the more complicated for family members to sort out their affairs. Much of their documentation may exist in digital form only, and financial transactions can only be traced with suitable authorisation. And then there are the person’s online presences in social and professional networks, and their memberships and subscriptions, which may incur unnecessary costs if they continue unnoticed.
